SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS

Due to COVID and high-volume orders, the processing time will take 10-14 business days for your item(s) to process and ship.

We ship USPS priority mail only.

DISCLAIMER: USPS and Aidrevcosmetics are two separate entities and we do not have a partnership with USPS. Aidrevcosmetics cannot be held responsible for lost packages or delayed deliveries. For any and all shipping updates please contact USPS with the tracking number we provided to you via email. If in any event a package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS here. (Tracking & Insurance Included on All Packages)

 

Due to the nature of the product we do NOT accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 In the event an exchange is offered, the product must be unopened and unused.Please see Damage policy below.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your mailed item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

 

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will be contacted for name of wanted product in exchange.

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Aidrevcosmetics@gmail.com and send your item to: Attn:EXCHANGE  P.O.BOX 158 Brentwood, MD, 20722 United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact us within 7 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 7 days so reach out to us immediately.
